Hot Rocks

Made in the German “Stein Bier” Tradition, this smooth, robust, dark lager is brewed with the addition of Glowing Hot Granite to the kettle. Navnet “ roulette ” kom fra fransk og betyr “lite hjul”, de forste primitive utgavene av spillet kom pa 1600-tallet i Frankrike.. The addition of these Hot Rocks results in a vigorous “Super Boil” of sorts. This volcanic boil super caramelizes the sugars in the wort lending toffee, smoky, and caramel like flavors to the beer that we can’t get from a normal boil.
